 Special consulting services:

  • On-site architect from the simple to the most complex multi-story non-combustible construction.  Coordination of and collaboration with: mechanical, electrical, fire suppression and civil engineering consultants; landscape and other collaborating architects; technical firms providing geologic analysis, soil testing and hazardous material analysis and abatement.  
  • Representation before agencies: community planning, zoning boards; Dutchess County Departments of Planning and Health and NYS Building Codes Division; NYS Parks and Historic Preservation Office, Condominium, Division of Housing and Community Renewal and Dormitory Association.  
  • Financial industry facilitation FHA/HUD certification and problem solving.  

 Other abilities:

  • Effective communication of architectural concepts to all levels of technical understanding.  
  • Experience in the delivery of projects requiring no interruption to occupancy, existing conditions or finishes and where facilities must be protected to allow their efficient use.  
  • Able to serve the client’s need when no general contractor is tasked; scheduling or defining work, prepare material purchase orders, project close out documents, review and approval of payment requisitions and certificates of substantial completion.
